Our Treasures are crafted with natural oils, butters, and waxes. Like nature itself, it responds to its environment.

Depending on the season and temperature, some ingredients may naturally become firmer, softer, grainier, or even partially liquid. So in cooler temperatures, certain botanical butters and oils may solidify or form tiny crystals. In warmer conditions, they may soften or partially melt. This is completely normal and doesn't affect the quality, performance, or safety of your Treasure.

These natural variations are a beautiful reminder that your Treasure is alive with real unaltered ingredients; not synthetic stabilizers.

To restore a smoother texture, simply warm a small amount between your hands before use. If desired, you may also place the glass jar in a bowl of lukewarm water for a few minutes.

At nůn, we choose natural materials whenever possible; including some components of our closures. Like wood, cork, and other natural materials, they can gently respond to changes in temperature and humidity.

Occasionally, the cork lid may expand slightly and become more difficult to insert into the glass jar. This is completely normal and doesn't indicate a defect.

To restore its original flexibility, simply place the cork lid in warm water for a few minutes. Once softened, dry it thoroughly and carefully before reinserting it into the jar.

It is important to ensure that no water comes into contact with the product itself, as our formulas are crafted without synthetic preservatives and should remain free from moisture.

Just like our natural ingredients, our packaging is alive with subtle movements of nature. These small variations are part of the beauty of choosing natural materials.

Because nature is not uniform, and neither are we.

Season, soil, sun exposure, climate... all influence a plant's journey.

As a result, textures or colors may vary slightly from one batch to another.
